PATIENCE IS KEY

Between the place where the children of Israel were given the promise of a Promised Land and the Promised Land itself, there was a wilderness that was the exact opposite of what they were promised. The wilderness proved whether they would trust God or doubt Him.
There are conditions with every promise of God. If we are not seeing His promises fulfilled, it is because we are not meeting the conditions. Having faith is one condition and having patience is the other. But many at times most Christians have the faith but lacks the patience.
Abraham had all the faith in God but couldn't wait for the fulfillment of the promise so gave in to his maid and bore a child. 
He ran ahead of God, but God still insisted he wait till the promise gets fulfilled. So he had to wait till he was 100 years before the promised son was born. 
Do we try to help God out when we feel we are not getting hold of his promise? God doesn't need your help, he rather needs your patience and faith in Him.
If we are discouraged with the passage of time while waiting for a promise to come to pass, then we do not have true faith of God. True faith always gets stronger with the passage of time, not weaker.
It's my humble prayer that we all wait patiently in our faith as we await the promises of God in our lives to be fulfilled. We wouldn't loose faith and run ahead of God seeking answers to our problems else where. 
 Many at times we give up at the eleventh hour when we are very close to our breakthrough. Hold on a little longer, endure for a while, be steadfast and don't loose your patience.
